Original John Charles Haley (1905-1991)

Was known for his huge influence upon the “Berkeley School” of watercolorists and creating one of the strongest art departments in the country at Berkely as he taught there for over 40 years. The landscape of California, both urban and rural were the focus of his work from 1935-1941.
